1.Application of These Terms and Conditions
​
With effect from 1 June 2021:
These “Terms and Conditions”, as operated by Yoga Wave Pte Ltd (“YW”), shall govern your relationship with YW, including but not limited to, the use of the YW Website (www.yogawave.sg the “Website”) to manage your account, bookings, communication, purchases and registration with YW, as well as the use of and attendance at YW. By your attendance at YW and usage of the Website and facilities, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the Website, purchasing a YW class, booking a YW class, and/or using or attending a YW class.

YW has the rights to amend this information without notice. The Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting. By using the Website, buying YW Class Plans, booking classes, your communication with YW, and your use of and attendance at YW’s studio, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. YW clients are encouraged to check this document periodically to stay informed of current guidelines.

2. Classes and Class Plans
​
To make all class plan purchase, please follow steps below.
-Registration is to be completed on YW website
-Payment of Purchase is to be made via PayNow or Bank transfers.
-Please send an email to payment@yogawave.com or Whatsapp +6587187267 with the following information.
a) Your name
b)Screenshot of payment or Bank Transaction Reference number

​Please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be activated. You will receive an electronic invoice and an email confirmation informing of the Plan Purchased. Please proceed to Login
​
Your Class Plan will start on the date the class plan is registered in our system. You can view all YW classes and plans on the YW Website. All Class plans sold are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Should there be special circumstances regarding your ability to complete your plan, refer to clause 6.
​
You cannot gift your classes, redeem them for cash, or onsell them outside of YW. Any classes or Class Plans that have been purchased anywhere other than YW will not be honored.
​
Classes do expire and are strictly non-extendable. The expiration dates of your Class Plans can be found under the ‘My Subscriptions’ section of the website after login.
​
For all Class Plans purchase, it is compulsory for your picture to be taken and added to your profile as we need to be able to recognise all our members.
​
YW reserves the right in absolute discretion to refuse your participating in our activities and/or using our facilities.
For Individuals
Purchased classes are only for the use of the individual that purchased the classes.
​
For Buddy package (Made for sharing between two)
YW requires both yogis to decide the allocation/split of the 50 class credits from the on-start. Eg. 30 class credits into A's account and 20 classes into B's account.
​
Please consider your allocation carefully, as YW will not facilitate any changes thereafter.
3. Class Bookings
​
Booking of classes at YW Website is compulsory and you will need to register on the YW Website and make relevant payment before a booking can be made.
​
If you are new to YW, after your successful payment and registration of your YW account, your plan purchase will be credited to your activated account within 24 hours. You can only make your class bookings AFTER your account is activated.
​
Please keep track of your Class Plan details and check your class records regularly. This can be found under 'My Bookings -> Upcoming or History ' section of the website after login. Do inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies. We regret that any discrepancy which occurs more than 14 calendar days from the date of request will not qualify for any investigation.
​
In-studio classes
​
Class bookings will be open exactly 7 days (168 hours) prior. That means, if you’re looking to book a class on 3 July, 0930hrs, bookings will open 26 June, 0930hrs. Otherwise, you are able to “Walk-In” to classes with available space but booking of class is still required upon reaching the studio . Bookings are strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment.

Zoom classes
​
Zoom Class bookings will be open exactly 7 days (168 hours) prior. This is a Virtual drop in purchase which entitles you access to live zoom class conducted by YW online.
​
Please note that all Zoom class bookings and plans cannot be cancelled, are strictly non-shareable, non-refundable and non-extendable. No exceptions allowed.
​

4. Cancellation Policy for In-studio classes Booked Classes
​
You can cancel your class booking without any charges or loss of classes from your Class Plan up until six (6) hours prior to class commencement time for all classes. Should you not cancel class before this time, or not show up for the class, a class will be deducted from your active Class Plan or single class purchase. All cancellations must be made through the YW website.

5. Class etiquette, Late Coming and Early Departure for In-studio classes
​
Every class starts and ends on time to provide a peaceful experience for everyone. Please plan to be at the studio fifteen (15) minutes before the start of your class to complete premise entry requirements. In order to avoid disruption of the class, please be aware that there is a 5 minutes grace period. Thereafter, the studio doors will be locked for safety and security purposes.
If you are late but within the 5 minutes grace period, please wait outside the main studio until the instructor has indicated that you may enter.

If you are late beyond the 5 minutes grace period, YW will have the right to give your mat to walk-ins that have made it to class on time. This can and will be done at their complete discretion.
​
Attendees are strongly discouraged from leaving the studio before the end of class, unless in an emergency. Attendees' re-entry to class when deemed unsafe or disruptive will be at the discretion of the teacher. If an early departure is made by choice, your class will not be returned.
​
One towel will be provided per class registered. Second towels onwards will be chargeable at SGD $2 each. All towels must be returned to the towel bin upon check out. For hygiene reasons, we recommend that you bring your own towels for your workout.
​
Please return props, sanitization equipment to their designated space.
​

6. Special Circumstances And Right to Transfer of Package
​
For special cases including expectant mums and serious injuries, please get in contact with us and documentations may be requested. We may grant a one-time transfer at no additional cost. Transfers can only be done before the expiration date of the Class Plan. The validity of the transferred plan will not restart, but continue as it is at the time of transfer.
​
YW reserves the right in absolute discretion of class plan transferability.
​

7. Lost or Damaged Personal Property
​
YW provides lockers to house your personal goods when class is in session. Regardless of care taken to avoid loss, YW is not liable or responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of personal property within the YW Studio.

8. Waiver and Release
​
By signing up for and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using the premises, facilities and equipment (individually and/or collectively, the "Classes and Facilities") of YW, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in practicing yoga at YW. You acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and that YW will not be liable for any injury or damage should you choose to participate.

YW may photograph, or video classes or events occurring at the studio and then place these photographs on its websites and relevant social media.
​
9. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
​
In no event will YW be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or other consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website, or on any other linked/third-party website, your purchase of YW classes, your booking of classes, your purchase of merchandise, your communication with YW, and your use of and attendance at YW's studio, including without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs, or other data on your information handling systems or otherwise, including any claims waived by you previously in this agreement even if YW expressly advised of the possibility of such damage.

All information, goods, services, products and experiences are provided by YW on an "as-is" basis only. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods, services, products and experiences remains with you. Should the goods, services, products and/or experiences prove defective after purchase, you assume the entire cost of such defect. YW provides no representations and warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

10. Choice of Law
​
The Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
